Limited to Five. Built to Demonstrate What’s Possible.

The MCM B5 WideBody is a ground-up engineering demonstration programme developed around a modern interpretation of Audi’s performance heritage, with a specific focus on road racing.

The project is intended for presentation at SEMA, serving as MCM’s engineering demonstrator and showcasing our capabilities in digital vehicle development, advanced composites, additive manufacturing, precision tooling and vehicle integration.

The programme begins with digital scanning and CAD development, followed by prototype validation and dedicated tooling. Components are then manufactured in advanced composite materials using controlled lay-up, curing before precision trimming, finishing and dimensional inspection.

The result is a complete , integrated Widebody system engineered around fitment, weight reduction and manufacturing quality.

Complete Widebody includes:

  • Carbon WB Front & Rear Bumpers

  • Carbon WB Fenders

  • Carbon WB Bonnet / Hood

  • Carbon WB Side Skirts

  • Carbon WB Rear Quarter Panels

  • Carbon WB Boot / Trunk

  • Carbon WB Rear Wing

  • Carbon Front Splitter

  • Carbon Rear Diffuser

  • MCM Track Headlight Ducts - PPA12CF

Only five complete systems will be produced.

One will remain with MCM as the development and demonstration vehicle intended to represent the complete programme at selected events around Europe. Four will be available to customers worldwide.

Once the five systems are completed, the dedicated tooling will be retired and the programme closed. No further systems will be produced,

£ 37,500.00 per complete system. Limit one per order.

Built to demonstrate capability. Engineered to perform

Developed as our flagship engineering demonstrator, this programme validates our advanced manufacturing processes.

Limited in production before tooling is retired, it also offers a rare opportunity to own a piece of our journey — an uncompromising performance machine created to showcase what’s possible.

Our Services

MCM provides engineering, materials, manufacturing and technology development capabilities for demanding industrial, aerospace, defence, security, select motorsport and specialised applications.

Our services can be engaged at different levels, from focused engineering consultations and technical development through to fully managed engineering and manufacturing programmes. This allows our clients to access the level of capability, resources and programme involvement appropriate to their requirements.

The right level of engagement

You do not need to determine which MCM service you require before contacting us.

Following the initial consultation, we will assess the nature and scope of the requirement and recommend the appropriate engagement structure.

For straightforward technical requirements, this may mean a focused consultation.

For defined engineering challenge, it may develop into a dedicated development project.

For complex or multidisciplinary requirements, MCM can establish a fully managed engineering programme drawing on the breadth of our technical and manufacturing capabilities.

Our Process

Every engagement follows a structured process designed to establish the requirement, assess suitability and determine the appropriate route forward.

Establish Suitability

Applications may undergo technical, commercial and application-level assessment. NDAs or confidentiality agreements may be required before sensitive information is shared.

01 - INITIAL CONSULTATION

Understanding the Requirements

Begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your objectives, requirements and challenges, while identifying the MCM capabilities most relevant to your needs.

02 - ASSESSMENT & VETTING

Develop. Manufacture. Validate

MCM delivers the agreed scope through the relevant combination of engineering, materials, materials, manufacturing, fabrication, systems integration and technology development capabilities.

03 - SCOPE & ENGAGEMENT

Define the Requirements

Once accepted, we establish the appropriate engagement, defining scope, deliverables, milestones, timescales and commercial framework required to progress the project effectively.

04 - ENGINEERING DELIVERY

STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT

MCM prioritises projects supporting advanced industrial capabilities and strategic technological capacity across the British Isles and wider industrial ecosystem. Certain applications may therefore not be accepted where they fall outside our strategic priorities and capabilities.
